With 15 years in business & brand consulting Mr. Leary has been a senior thought leader to some of the world’s largest corporations providing pioneering solutions to solve the toughest business & brand challenges. From strategic consulting to tactical implementation, Mr. Leary has set standards of innovation in business development, technology integration, marketing, and advertising by supporting senior teams in the direction and development of programs for Fortune companies such as Daimler, Siemens, Microsoft, and the Coca-Cola Company.
In 1997 Mr. Leary developed one of the first and most complex online technology-based branding initiatives in history for the Coca-Cola Company, setting global standards for online communication and fulfillment.
Since 1997 Mr. Leary has impacted global sales and business opportunities for global brands such as Powerade, Sprite, Kiodex NY, NH Hotels, and Gellert Global and has produced successful joint brand strategies for Ford, Miller Brewing, P&G, RJ Reynolds, and Virgin Mobile. Mr. Leary has also collaborated with Madison Avenue agencies providing integration consulting and derivation concepts; agencies included Bates Advertising, CCG, DVC Worldwide, McKinney & Silver, and The GEM Group.
In 2003 Mr. Leary co-launched Temerity Software marketing its groundbreaking software Pipeline to large scale feature film studios such as Sony Pictures Imageworks, Weta, and Disney. In 2008, Mr. Leary took the helm of newly formed Jericho Defense Corp. as Chairman/CEO where he was the principle architect of N.COM, a proprietary robotic aerial-mesh, combat-communications system. He led the company into a four-division development-partnership with General Dynamics. While being the vision and driving force behind N.COM, Mr. Leary also assisted in tactical response training for specific U.S. FLE agencies ‘stationed abroad’, USSOF, and friendly foreign military forces. In 2009, Mr. Leary authored the technical manual: Mission Escalation Response Training for the Dismounted Soldier based upon U.S. Army Research Institute, Research and Technical Publications. Resigning from Jericho in 2012 to focus entirely on his Palmetto Bay based agency, Prodigy Professional Group he still consults for his past interests.
For the past decade as a managing partner at Prodigy, Claudia has co-produced creative marketing and advertising concepts for national and international companies including the Miller Brewing Company, Ford Motor Co., NH Hotels, Krystal Hotels, Swiss Chalet Fine Foods, Atalanta Corporation and various companies under the Gellert Global Group umbrella.
Her expertise in communication design, layout, and advertising media coupled with a sincere creative passion allow her to create successful creative identity and marketing concepts that accomplish client business goals and produce results. Her elegant design style has accomplished a great deal, and her professional breadth of experiences extends to planning corporate brand identities, creative campaigns, and production of most all marketing materials both digitally and in print. These include corporate identity packages, brochures, merchandising, product catalogs, direct mail promotions, websites and interactive programs.
Before co-founding Prodigy, Claudia was Senior Creative Director of award-winning, boutique, advertising agency Raintree Media, Coral Gables | New York. She began her professional career as an entrepreneur at Unique Net Solutions in Pittsburgh, PA. She acquired a degree in Communication Design and Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
